Friday, June 19, 2009 at 08:20PM Opening up of a cylinder to flow the maximum amount of atomized fuel. The port openings at the piston are reshaped, height and angles changed to create desired flow patterns.

New crankshafts installed and centered to the cylinder with new class 3, class 4 or ceramic bearings. Ports are enlarged and matched to cylinder along with the base gasket.

Your cases and cylinder are dry fit several times before final assembly. Your cases are
not just merely sanded to look pretty, but are purposely ground to flow more.
Pretty isn't necessarily FAST !!!
